Silos and accessories 

Depending on purpose and volume we manufacture:

• factory-welded silos for cement, lime, gypsum, fly ash, feed mixtures – up to ø4,000 mm, up to 150 m³
• factory-welded silos with single or double-shell partition wall and 2 or 3 outlets
• large-volume single- and multi-chamber silos with superstructure made of on-site bolted segments for gravel, sand - up to ø10,000 mm, up to 1,000 m³, 6 - 10 chambers
• in-line aggregate bins, square, 2 - 6 chambers, 5 m³ - 55 m³ per chamber
• feed hoppers for dosing of bulk material, mostly in 20 m³ and 35 m³ version
• steel structures

Cement silo equipment:

• storage bin with inspection opening with hinged lid and safety grid and openings with flanges for accessories in the silo roof
• substructure (with/without maintenance platform), welded to the storage bin at the factory or bolted on site
• the substructure consists of 4 steel tube supports, with all necessary bracing, head and foot plates
• access ladder to the silo roof with protective cage, painted or hot-dip galvanized
• roof railing with connecting platform, painted or hot-dip galvanized
• inner ladder
• filling pipe inside
• cone crusher above the outlet
• water-repellent ring outside on the cone
• outlet flange
• pipe for electrical cable
• loading and transport eyelets
• fasteners, anchor bolts electro-galvanized

The cement silos are executed in standard sizes of 40, 50, 60, 80, 100 a 120 tons of stored material, as well as with modifications according to customer requirements.

SILOINVEST SK s.r.o. has implemented a certified quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015.

We are certified for quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials according to EN ISO 3834 – 2: 2006.

We are certified for the execution of steel structures according to EN 1090-2:2020 EXC2

and our company manufacturing control is compliant with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011.

We manufacture products mainly from S235JR steel.

The material has certificate type 3.1 / 2.2 according to EN 10204.

The surface treatment includes sandblasting to the cleanliness grade SA 2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 and exterior coating with a 2-component epoxy primer and a 2-component polyurethane topcoat in various RAL colors. The hot-dip galvanizing is carried out according to EN ISO 1461 in a galvanizing plant.

We manufacture the products either on the basis of the supplied documentation or we prepare drawings according to specific customer requirements, including static calculations.
